Josemaria is a large-scale copper-gold-silver project located in the San Juan Province of Argentina, approximately 9 km east of the Chile-Argentina border.
Based on SAXUM’s know-how and expertise in civil/structural designs for large mining projects and particularly, of the standards and practices for these designs in the areas of high seismic risk in Argentina, Lundin awarded SAXUM the review of the civil/structural design criteria, of the seismic parameters of the project, and of the designs of specific large facilities of this project.
