Estimating: Track, report and forecast engineering costs at a discipline level via our in-house cost tracking system. We can provide Total Installed Cost (TIC) project estimates accompanied by resource-loaded schedules.
Cost Engineering services
Our project controls services consist of three main parts:
- Accurate forecasting of how your project is going to develop in terms of both time and costs.
- Managing changes as to recognize scope changes as early as possible and to take corrective actions where needed.
- The use of dedicated project control tools; with Primavera P6 you’ll always get timely and accurate management dashboards, with all details taken into account but without losing the overall picture. It also connects directly to the original budget baseline, so all relevant information is kept in one place.
Project Execution Plan

SAXUM´s PEP acts as the overall baseline document for the entire Project, and rules what will be done to meet the project scope and contractual requirements. PEP furnish a break down structure for Project Information, Project Organization, Services Agreement, Communications Flow, Document Distribution, Project Controls, Engineering Drafting Standards, Contract Submittal Requirements, Purchasing/Procurement, Contract Administration, Accounting, Safety, Project Instruction Procedures (Change Orders), Project Completion, Project Close Out.
Project Status Reports
Project status reports are prepared by our Project Controls Team on a regular basis (generally weekly) and provide details on the progress achieved during the completed timeframe or reporting period, and comparative analyses are made with previous periods to identify trends and variances. In addition, project cost and schedule are integrated and presented in extended or detailed form and summarized.
